Qi Gong Courses

In the courses, you will learn gentle movements and effective meditation techniques that will help you to reduce your stress, improve your health, and activate your healing ability. Don't forget to check out our Workshops.

It is recommended that you register at least 5 days before the start of a course because if there is insufficient registration, the course will be cancelled several days before the start date. The courses are taught by our association's instructors at the following locations in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada:

This course includes an introduction to some basic theory in qi gong as well as detailed instructions on how to do the following movements: qi cultivation, warm up exercises, diaphragmatic breathing, some acupressure techniques, Health Investment Exercises.
